Warranty For LiteGear Products:
LiteGear bags are guaranteed to be the most dependable, trouble-free bags you've ever experienced. Our Lifetime Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defect for the entire life of the product. If yours ever acts up, just let us know. We'll do everything in our power to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. No forms necessary, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work with you on getting it repaired or replaced at our option. Contents of your bag, normal wear and tear, abuse and cosmetic wear and tear are excluded. Note: "Lifetime" is defined as the lifetime of the product not of the purchaser.
Warranty For Numinous Products:
We are here to fully support our fellow travellers and all Numinous products come with a full 2 years guarantee to the original purchaser against any manufacturer defects in its components, fabrics or workmanship. This guarantee covers the functionality of the product for its intended use as specified on Numinous London website and literature. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use or improper repacking. Numinous London may repair or replace any guaranteed item at its discretion.
This guarantee gives no rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential losses or damages. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you believe your product is a guarantee claim, please first contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. They will advise you on the most appropriate course of action. Should the product need to be returned to us for inspection then please E-mail email@example.com with your name, address, retailer you purchased your product from and purchase date and one of our friendly customer service representatives will guide you through the process.

Defects - We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
We will pay shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Please contact us at email@example.com for a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
We will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and instructions. Return freight will be at your expense.
