We stand confidently behind what we sell.
If you are not happy, we are not happy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the product.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Defects – We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

We will pay shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Please contact us at satisfaction@lifegeardesign.com for a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

We will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.
All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, please contact us at satisfaction@lifegeardesign.com within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and instructions. Return freight will be at your expense.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
